Returns

To return a Town Tees product, please contact us via email at info@towntees.ca. In your email, include the order number, date of purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

What Can Be Returned

Most blank items are eligible for return, provided they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. If there is any visible wear or damage, we are unable to process the return.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Printed or embellished products cannot be returned.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Items with visible signs of wear.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Manufacturer Errors

If there is a manufacturer error with the garment, we will exchange the item free of charge. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Returns for Exchange or Store Credit

All returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns for Refund

All returns for refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Refund will only be made to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, exchange or store credit may be available.

Shipping Charges for Returns

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
